Gloria Vaughan

Gloria Vaughan has been teaching fitness for 17 years! She has worked in gyms, private homes and in corporate environments, working with groups and in one on ones. Certified as a Personal Trainer, Fitness & Yoga Instructor, she enjoys working and connecting on a personal level with participants. “I like to use humour and engaging music when I teach, so that everyone has a fun experience while they are exercising!”.

Gloria also works as a wellness consultant, and is a busy mom of 2 creative girls.

Anne MacDonald

Anne MacDonald’s journey as a nutritionist is fueled by her desire for nutrition to make sense. Her drive to find healthy lifestyle solutions that make sense scientifically, emotionally, ethically and financially continues to guide her personal and professional choices. She is a strong believer that a truly nourishing lifestyle comes from more than counting calories.  Knowledge is what empowers us to make long term, rewarding, health-promoting decisions.  As a full time working Mom of three girls Anne is always striving to find healthy lifestyle choices that simply make sense.

Anne has a degree in Biological Engineering and has worked as a Professional Engineer for the past 16 years. She began studying nutrition informally while off on her first maternity leave. After realizing the intensity of her attraction to the subject Anne earned a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition from the Edison Institute of Nutrition. It only took a few months working with clients for her to realize the strong connection between our diet and our thoughts. She then continued her education to become an Eating Physiology Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating as well as a certified Metagenics Firstline Therapy Coach. Never losing touch with her instinctual foodie side she has also pursued whole food cooking courses through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition because in her words “If it doesn’t taste good, why eat it?”. Everyone is an individual and Anne looks forward to helping find out what positive nutrition choices make sense for you.


Over the last decade of private practice, corporate wellness and community health programs, Naturopathic Doctor Kristijana Rakic has witnessed massive transformations in the health, vitality and disease prevention in her community.

As a strong advocate of prevention and health optimization Dr. K’s goal is to catch people in the early stages of ill health and use lifestyle measures to help prevent chronic disease. She is enthusiastic about educating and empowering her patients to understand and maintain a healthier lifestyle and is eager to work with individuals who are ready to take charge of their health. 

Dr. K strives to deliver fun and engaging group programs and individualized approaches that give her patients the tools to help control their health destiny. The primary focus of Dr. K’s practice is weight loss, and more importantly optimizing body composition. Optimal body composition plays a central role in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, and obesity. Dr. K understands the importance of identifying and treating hormonal imbalances including inflammatory hormones, insulin, estrogen, cortisol and thyroid and toxins know as Obesogens that manifest stubborn weight loss for patients.   

Dr. K is licensed in Ontario through the Board of Drugless Practitioners (BDDT-N). She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
